Loading Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver is only needed if you want to build RAID aka Intel VMD, which is not your goal I guess.
So let's just disable that by going to BIOS > Advanced Mode (F7) > Settings > Advanced > Integrated Peripherals > RAID Configuration (Intel VMD) > [Disabled] > press F10 to save changes and exits.
Next you can proceed to Windows installation and your drive should be detected without loading IRST drivers.
