if I tab in or out of Minecraft once I switch off my charger and when I turn it on it does not go back to 144,if I manually change it goes back to 60 when I tab back in, I have to relaunch

So im doing it through intel graphics command centre and it shows my screen is 60hz?

so i cant disable it?
