I'm recording with CQP 16, 2560x1440, 240hz but there is alot of lagging in the video
I need help with that or if there any better settings I want it

Send screenshots of your OBS settings

And use the stats dock to track encoding lag / skipped frames

In order for you to make sure OBS does not lag while it's recording, you should make the Stats Dock shown, just like this:

It is prefered to have a second monitor so you are able to see how it's doing without having to alt tab (by having OBS on your second monitor)

It is normal to get a few dozens of skipped frames when alt tabbing

You may not be able to record 240 fps at 1440p

Either don’t record at 240 fps, or don’t record in 1440p
