The first time I installed smoothie-rs + RIFE, but I had a problem

I did everything according to the instructions as shown in the video, but in the end nothing changes at all.

I want to give an example with this video ( Name "60 shadowplay". I will attach a screenshot of where you can find this video below ).

This is not my video, but it was record at 60 fps. I took the same settings that were in this video - I ran it on the video render, but in the end nothing changed for me. ( there is no smoothness, just the usual 60 fps )

Maybe I don't understand something, please tell me
