about 2 months ago i was playing minecraft and my pc sshut off and i couldnt turn it on for about 10 minutes but it only happened once and i didnt think much of it.
but now i am experiencing this about 2 times aday and everytime it happens i can turn it back on for about 5-10 minutes any ideas why thiss could be happenening

Keep the room cooler, if possible, and upgrade your cooling systems
Clean your PC too, and do it thoroughly
