Hi. My laptop seems to be stuck in a boot loop. When clicking save and exit, I get returned to the asus boot menu.

No clue what happend, I can't find it either online. How can this happen though? I haven't touched it at all.

It's my brother's laptop, my mom got a bit mad at him, maybe when she closed the laptop the hdd/ssd went out of place or something?
