Please help me, everything works fine on the old version of the obs (26.1.0) during the stream, but on the new version (30.1.2) the bitrate drops from 25,000 to 3,000, dropped frames 87%. What to do?

unless you have a plugin that requires obs 30, use 26.1.0 for now

#

it could be your network

Send screenshots of your settings in 30.1.2

#

New settings were added that you probably didn’t adjust

ok, I'll post it when I'm home. for now there is one more question: what do the “Psycho-visual Tining” and “Max B-Frames” parameters affect? Do I need to turn them on when RECORDING VIDEO?

Set preset to p5, set max b frames to 4, set the Bitrate to 8000, and enable psycho visual tuning

#

If that doesn’t give you any dropped frames, set multipass mode to two passes quarter resolution and enable look ahead

#

now something has changed, dropped frames has become lower, but the bitrate is also low, with these settings everything has become even worse, dropped frames has appeared again at 70%

I used to have everything on this version with these settings ok, then something happened.
