Without losing quality (lossless), idk how to do it in shutter encoder or ffmpeg

ye it cut like 344 mb original file to 113 mb i dont think thats good, it also removed my 2 audio tracks, and merged them into one

how does it choose the fps? like if it's 59, it auto goes to 60?
and what about converting to like DNxHR in shutter encoder?
