Upscale filter in Voukoder results in green/black bars? (Premiere Pro)

Anyone know why it looks like this after the render? You can still see the video behind the bars.

It works fine on VEGAS, but premiere results in that

yo @graceful crater wym the colors? like its fixed if u change it from full to limited, where is that? isnt limited default

when i selected a preset it was full so i changed it back to limited and it worked idk

ye, it's cause the gpu voukoder setting inside was set to 10 bit, I just changed it to 8-bit
