whenever i put in a obs clip on vegas it wont import and it says this

it wasnt doing this yesterdya but ive always had trouble wiht obs clips as yesterday it kept saying the clip was like 0.0,0.05 sec

do you happen to be recording in mkv or fragmented mp4

what does that mean
