Use igmb if you don’t already
i don't, should i be?
i need fast render off for this, right?
Depends on the client
Cheatbreaker can keep fast render enabled
But for other clients, yes, fast renders has to be off
fair enough. i'm on lunar, what should i use for my igmb?
on average in a pot duel i get like 600-1.2k
should i turn it off? idk. personally, i always liked it
anything i can improve?
also, had a question
what should i be doing when rendering my video through vegas?
That’s up to you. I personally don’t use it since I don’t like how it overly-whitens the outer scenes. Kinda giving it a depressing vibe but that’s my opinion
Most would tell you to to render with blur first, then go into Vegas (and probably disable Resample), and then edit what you need, then export with Voukoder
I personally avoided rendering with blur first as I like to incorporate effects upon blur
What I did was I would render in the same fps as my highest recorded fps in Vegas
Making sure Resample was disabled
And then use blur
But Vegas will freak out in the preview
Which is mostly why people tell you to prerender
oh yeah, for my preview to not act up, i have to use blur lmao
and have the output at >120
i see
is there anything you think i could do to improve my current renders?
i'm trying to get them as good as i possibly can
I’ll have to look a bit further when I’m not on mobile
I mostly look at bitrate and scaling (although that isn’t much of a factor anymore since most people doing render tests here aren’t using YouTube)
i plan to upload to youtube, so i'd greatly appreciate your feedback on that
I typically look for bitrate and encoding performance first
Then blur
Then scaling (once YouTube becomes a factor)
I’ll elaborate when I come back
appreciate it bro, take your time
could you yet?
hope you did good, best of luck brother
