If you recorded it at high FPS then that pretty common
I reccommend you put it into video editing software and preview it

In order for you to make sure OBS does not lag while it's recording, you should make the Stats Dock shown, just like this:
It is prefered to have a second monitor so you are able to see how it's doing without having to alt tab (by having OBS on your second monitor)
It is normal to get a few dozens of skipped frames when alt tabbing
How to enable stats dock:

Use that to measure encoding lag (% of skipped frames)
