#what is better smoothie or blur

yes
you can't just say what's better
it depends on your config
although smrs was expected to have faster render times than blur, in the most recent version of blur render times should've been improved
you should test it for yourself
see #1075818914690375780
Smoothie is Couleur's take on blur and is currently being rewritten in the Rust programming language.
It is available as a portable program, you can grab it by following this tutorial from Hexal:

just delete it and it creates a new one?
ill just re extract it
or this
ok
im just gonna use the default one since its just breaking when i try to copy it manually
