Right Click Explorer Prompt missing "New Folder"

Yesterday I installed LibreOffice for some online school work which added 4 entries under the Create New section of the right click menu, I thought that if I uninstalled it that would bring back the create new folder option but it hasn't. How do I get back the "Create New Folder" option in the right click menu?
