#Can't use my old OC settings anymore

I used to be able to OC my CPU to 4.8 GHz with 1.175V with no problems, but ever since I've tried to enable Resizable BAR and failed to get my CPU to run at 5 GHz with 1.2V it doesn't let me use my old settings. There aren't any apparent physical problems on my system, I have tried to reset my CMOS and try to use my old settings again, but it didn't help.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 3060TI
MB: Gigabyte B550M S2H
