slowly adjustment to the inner edge of the bot, and work on underaiming, track the bot like its gonna move in one direction forever dont predict, and when it changes directions take a little time to smoothly adjust back on bot and not overflick. and think of it as speed matching, the bot has very fast accel so its basically always moving at the same speed so if u learn to match that speed consistently youll play alot better.

play some ground plaza sparky v3 or the thin variant, also the 90% timescaled versions are nice. great scenes for working on these things.

90% of intermediate 80 - 90% of advanced versions are pretty helpful for improvement imo, ur reading looks good, i think u might just need to work on smoothness and not overadjusting with ur micros. u might be using a slight bit of tension from the look of how u overadjust sometimes too. if u are gotta relax and get that tension out
