Smoothie on scoop showing as 0.7-rc3, but on GitHub it's 0.7-rc2

Is the github repo out of date or is scoop somehow ahead?

also when I opened a ticket for the smoothie version not working, I was told my scoop version was out of date

I removed and readded the bucket and reinstall smoothie (still rc-3) and lll see if it still crashes
