How to get the sky lke this?

But the sky looks like lightblue at day and black at night w the starts off, when i turn the stars on the overlay has a sky w cloulds and everything so thats not what i want, and if anyone know the texture pack tell me please, this is the video: https://youtu.be/7iuJlKmdGL8

a little bit of glow

that should do the trick
