#Does Borderless Gaming or VibranceGUI actually do anything?
47 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
borderless gaming is very useful if you have more than one monitor
this essentially makes your game fullscreen but it doesn't minimize when you tab out
whereas in normal fullscreen the window minimizes when out of focus
I actually don't lol
then there's not really a point to using it over normal fullscreen
Why would someone want that tho?
Isn't it good to be able to minimize
you can still minimize
for example, say you have two monitors
you have discord on one and minecraft on the other
you're in a game but want to send a message, so you can alt tab to discord without the game being forcibly minimized
you can still see the game and use discord at the same time
Ohhh you're saying that is what borderless gaming does
Interesting
gonna shamelessly share this but
with this tool, you can use any resolution with fsb game
well, switching from or to actual fullscreen takes a bit of time, usually close to a second, which is very annoying when tabbing out
and especially annoying with multi monitor setups
vibrancegui just lets u turn up the saturation of ur game's window
This over VibranceGUI or with VibranceGUI?
over in fact.
change resolution option is way too
well "complicated"
unless you are someone that wants to change ingame res and change vibrance levels
use vibrancegui
else if you just want the ingame res opt
then resenforce
Considering it both supports UWP and Win32 Apps without any issues
Do you recommend both used concurrently or nah?
do you want to change your ingame res for borderless windowed mode games
is the question
Yes I do
- do you want to use vibrancegui?
if thats the case
just use vibrancegui
I'm not sure tbh. Do I need both/how can I tell?
- do you want use vibrancegui
- do you want change the ingame res/display res of borderless fullscreen games
just answer these questions and then i will tell you what to use
- I think so?
- I do without a doubt
then use vibrancegui
resenforce is only useful for changing ingame res/display res of borderless fullscreen games
Gotcha. Are there recommended settings for certain games?
