sorry im not techy at all where can i find my specs im using my friends old pc
should i just send video, output, & advanced obs settings?

then for your specs, press ctrl + shift + esc to open task manager
click performance, then send a screenshot of each of the options (GPU, CPU, memory, etc)
disable psycho visual tuning and set max b-frames to 0

what are you using to watch them?
i used the built in windows video player, its def gonna look worse there but when i upload to streamable or youtube it'll still be freezing

Windows' default "Movies & TV" player cannot play HEVC/H.265 video playback by default and struggles with high FPS videos,
You can use a video player like VLC or #934458649865248768 to fix these two issues

there's a good chance your hardware simply can't handle high fps recording, try reducing the framerate
maybe because in my video tab i had it set to 360/1
uploading high fps clips to youtube/streamable is just gonna cut the framerate down
i have a 60 hz monitor will that affect it
