Yes, I use the EpicGames version of C:S; and I get to download mods. Amazing!

Issue is if there are any alternatives or a non-steam required subscription version of RealTime mod

I like this mod mainly because it adds realism and it adds rushhours which exists and its the worst thing in the entire world
