First time this has ever happened to me in CS2, happened plenty of times to me before in CS but that was easily solvable. The water pump and sewage treatment facility are not close by any means, nor do they flow in the same stream. The traffic has been bad but over time it's settled to where my murican roads can handle it. There are crematoriums and hospitals nearby every case. Anyone know any other reasons? Not played this game in a bit.

Everyone in the core 4 cities of my metro area lives down the block or next to a dead corpse just laying there. This is not an issue whatsoever in my rural county, and I have a no pollution mod that I constantly reset
