Anarchy mod update 1.7.5

So I was going through mods and looking over CPP's mod list and noticed on his website it says use a specific version to avoid corruption. Is this still relevant with the new update from yesterday? I wanna know if i should load an old version of the mod, or if I am safe to run the new one.
