Picture the polution of a heavy cargo train going betwheen your city
picture the noise, and picture the wear and tear of an eelvated trainline from a heavy train cargo passing trough it daily
picture accidents, what if a cargo train spills its cargo abowe the citizens?

-Also if you add in the smaller train station, you can fit in a buss station aswell
to maintain the interconection in your city
theese parking spots fits under the eelvated metro line btw, personal prefrence for me, but i like the nice planters, giving a more inviting feel to the neighborhood
you might wanna mess with the pillars a tad so they make sense though
I don't think this region realistically has the population to support a subway line
one of the first things he said in the video is that typically paper mills need a river source for pulping and explicitly said that the business park was too far away from a water source. Despite the ingame one not requiring it, I believe that Phil's location for the paper mill makes more sense for the narrative purposes of the regional story he's trying to tell
Chicago/Pittsburgh have a hilarious amount of elevated freight track so albeit it is concerning, I don't think it's unrealistic to have a suboptimal train line such as this. It adds character to the build and whatnot
hmm i dint know about the paper mill requiring a water source, but i still think its unrealistic to carve out the whole hill in order to fit it there
this might be a better option then next to this little lake by the lumber mill?
i think it would def be cheaper to get the land by the lake, rather then carving a hill side and demolish 50 buildings
seing the infrastructure is already build around there aswell
the only thing is this interchange would need to be designed to go over the cargo terminal
wich im not sure how that interchange would look like
might require some better interchange but
No ship access though. Of course in the game that won't happen but if comparing to real life, ships would be there.
the harbour is litterly 1min train travel away, i dont think thats a problem here? :b
