I have a problem with my commercial with a lot of them not having enough customers i have seen that is is most likely a n acessablility problem but i dont think thats quite it i have put lots of transport near all them places its close too residential has good traffic and a lot of parking spaces nearby is there anything i can do

make sure your commercial is near your residents. don't be afraid to have some business sprinkled nearby your housing areas. accessibility is always a concern but if they can't find customers, it's either because you don't have enough residents to meet the demand of the business or because they live too far away. public transport to high commercial areas helps a lot too

yeah i have more than enough connections and the commercial demand is going upo occasionally which i find werid so i dont think its a resident issue

well remember each business has their own customer needs... some of the are restaurants while others might just sell produced goods
