#Everytime I launch a map, this happens.

When I open the maps, it won't let me move with the WASD keys, or move my cameras. When I try to use the road tool, it is very laggy, and I am not sure why. I have unsubscribed from unnecessary mods, restarted my PC, and reinstalled C:S. I am not sure what to do. Please help me D:

I found out the issue was Play It.
