Traffic backups with cargo harbors

yeah here are some screenshots its just a very spread out map so I figured it would be hard to tell what is going on with screenshots. If you want any specific angles or whatever just let me know

If the sim goes long enough the harbor in the bottom right backs up across the map even though I have added like 3 other harbors closer to the industries on the other side of the map

Okay, so first off : do your industries and commercial areas have good access to rail ? If yes, how does rail travel compare to truck driving to harbors ?

You can manipulate things a bit by using warehouses next cargo train terminals (example : one set to fill for a commercial area, one fill + one empty for industry etc...)

I don't see any ships. Do you have any spawning in?

every industry area has two of the warehouse train stations from the dlc pack for each raw product and support all movements

I think the vehicles just really prefer harbors for some reason

Are the trucks exporting or are they mostly returning to harbor after delivering stuff?

You have warehouses for processed materials and finished goods, right?

its honestly pretty split maybe 2 to 1 in favor of exports but I see a lot of both

yeah the train station warehouses are there for every processed goods and then I have unique goods warehouses as well

my 4 industries are all basically there own production though

Then... do you have transfer manager CE ? I think it can help a lot. And TMPE advanced AI too

I think I was able to fix it by adding another cargo harbor in a hyper specific part of the map and it split the traffic to where the throughput of the harbors is fast enough now. Thank you for trouble shooting with me though lol
