I took out a loan to build a clinic, a dumpster and some wind turbines. The coal pump isn't getting enough coal, the residents needs more dumpster and schools. Meanwhile the industrial zone needs some worker. Im watching as my 90 minutes of work falling apart, what should i do immediately?

You have to connect the roads since they are only one way roads
I would connect at least one of these places
Also to earn more money bump the tax rate to 12% for all zones and reduce your budget to provide the bare minimum
what would connecting that places do exactly?
What Dat_Texts is saying is that there is literally no way of getting from one side of your town to the other.
ehh youre right
how can i start getting money though? i think the city needs 1 more dumpster
so what you'd want to do is limit expenses as much as possible and then get as much income as possible
this means bumping up the tax rate to 12% and then lowering the electricity and water budget to like 60-70%
these are only minor manipulation for early game but after you get some cash in, you'd be fine. also you won't need 2 dumpsters this early on.
the dump is likely nowhere near full, it just cannot find a way to get trucks across to the other side of the city
(it's also usually not a good idea to put anything, even a dump, on the main one-way road after a highway exit, but that's not really a problem right now)
can you elaborate?
i got this cleared up, thanks!
mix up uses in the grid
residential and commercial in same grid
i'd use game anarchy to get riddof pollution
i think the cs main discord has a diagram for the traffic
so kinda like this?
i dont have a school and only 1 clinics
and there is no coal to generate electricity
find a low budget point while still able to give power for the buildings
do i build a school now? because i just unlocked police and fire department
