Assuming TM:PE (I would imagine nobody uses Procedural Objects but not TM:PE), then probably you would just want to make sure that node allows for vehicles to enter the blocked junction. Otherwise they might wait for the vehicle in front to cross first before they enter it.

i guess they are waiting for space to be cleared to enter that, consider that in vanilla nodes are not giant like this, they always wait until there is space in front to cross, avoiding stopping in the middle of a intersection.
that said, you are already using mods, so just use that one that allows them to go through without stopping?
