So like basicly i have enough schools i can hold like 40 thousand people (i only have like 20k people) but like 2k people have graduated elemtry school and all my commercials zones are dying because no one is educated enough so how do i fix

Did you zone a large portion at once? Because cims that moves into the city are always uneducated. Only cims born in the city go through the esucational pipeline

Others can get a bit education in a library
And education does need a bit of time, the existence of schools alone is not enough, cims need time to visit them before they count as educated
