#What do you think about (this) Superblocks?

City streets to me are best when there's an organic quality to them, like a grid with a slight odd angle on a road because back in 1822, Old Man Smithers demanded an easement, and that's why 7th Street is at that odd angle.
I'll go right to an unfounded "terrible" and then we can think of how to justify a contradiction of that assessment.
I can see industrial and commercial goods distribution leading to massive congestion at the chokepoints.
Yes, giant the cul-de-sacs are just horrible
The one in the upper right would be the worst for industrial/commercial traffic, with just one connector outbound. That's a residential-only interior, with light commercial a possibility along the outer edge.
Yeah, it would be horrible for traffic because you’re limiting their accessibility to just a few roads and there is a huge area to service. However, not all is lost. If you include connections for biking and peds, you’d cut the traffic substantially because you’re offering alternatives to cars. Essentially, this type of layout is no different than suburban building designed to increase car dependency by not allowing great transit options also poor at moving traffic through the space.
Start with one, see where it takes you. I'd go with one that has multiple connections to the surrounding road.
Top left would be best to avoid the items i mentioned above
