Items appear too big when using Bedrock Edition! What can I do?

This is a vanilla bug that's been in Bedrock for over a year (MCPE-120618) which affects any pack with textures larger than default. All Faithful packs shouldn't have this issue since a workaround has been found, but for other packs there's a standalone fix made by MultiPixel available.
