o
the fix that works sometimes is to change it from mcpack to zip and unzipping it
at least according to something pomi wrote like a year ago that has been at the bottom of every change log since
it didn't work
I think its a specific device issue, i'm also playing on mobile (android) but it still works for me
yeah in short we have no idea what causes this
When in doubt, throw everything at the wall and hope something sticks. On Xbox, first I removed all spaces and non-letter/number characters from the file name, then I extracted it into the correct folder. I then went into the game then closed and rebooted it because I noticed that the initial startup glitches a bit, then I adjusted all of my settings to simple graphics and loaded a world, then I downloaded and loaded one of my owned texture packs from the market place, then I loaded Faithful 64x on top of it, then I removed the other texture pack and loaded my world. One or some combination of those things completely fixed the texture errors issue.
