By the looks of the second video it seems Nathan be a victim of a hacker.

I myself am not a good minecraft lore digger. Or any lore digger. But I wanna know ze lore.
Any help would be nice. I'm doing some digging as well.

One of the things I've noticed is the interesting interface Nathan has for bedrock. He's playing with a touch screen and clearly on bedrock edition, yet the background on the loading screen and the textures he has on his interface doesn't seem to have a mod connected to it. Normally on Bedrock, to have a different, or textured, interface there's a mod or world texture that goes along with it, yet I see no changes to the world.

Could be wrong, but I found that odd.

So, another thing I've noticed is he's on the latest version of minecraft, but the ores look like their old textures. He might have the "new" texture that Minecraft gave to everyone on bedrock, but that still doesn't explain his interface and such.

Another thing I saw was in the description of the second video, he says something about going to an outpost but I don't think I saw him mention an outpost in the first vid.

Another things is that "it" addresses Nathan by name. It's probably his username, but if it was, why not call him his full user? Why just Nathan (unless it's just Nathan).

So, Nathan pauses here and we can see the interface of the pause screen.

No Minecraft logo. Player list is on the left instead of the right, like regular bedrock and there's a "No Ads" option. This is a minecraft knock off, it seems. Which would explain my interest in the weird user interface.
