So far the locations themselves(the ones shown in the videos) haven't had too much impact on the story, but the type of location has. For some of the videos, we don't really know how they connect to the overall story.

I think....if you go back to the screenshot at 22:39 then you'll see the red blob, but the way the trees are arranged, then look at where the IRL photos are taken, the playground has almost the exact same treeline setup and position?

Another thing I noticed, when Ryan says "he's still here", he says it about both the white and red blob, but we only see the red blob in Minecraft, and the white one irl, so I think it changes colors when it changes from Minecraft to irl and back.

Just combed/skimmed through the zip file and looked into confidential.txt, found binary text, ran it through binary to text and then into a caesar cipher decoder with a shift of 22, which gave me four names

These names are: Johann Davidson, Liam Williamson, Harold Jitsen, Michael Richards

In addition, the confidential.txt file says "Greetings my friend. If you have somehow obtained this pack, please contact '[email protected]'.
