This is sorta my theory as explanations to the missing pieces without the whole "what does the story actually mean" stuff:

Numero uno
The Concept is built in layers, each layer providing to the other. You could kinda imagine it like a hierarchy pyramid

(Not confirmed but would make the most sense), the keepers place is probably at the top with Jacinthes area at the very top

Limbo is where execs work and it's below it
Below it is the experimental hall
Below that are the actual loop worlds
Below the loop worlds, the abyss with abgrund and grenzen are there
Then the garden at the very bottom

The loop worlds are constructed by the things that Grenzen, abgrund, the garden and everything else below it provide since you can notice that each layer has a sole purpose and use that wouldn't make sense otherwise and I don't think I need to explain the other stuff

For why the channel exists, it is completely acknowledged that the channel exists so it's not like we're just looking at stuff from the lense of various characters without them knowing

My theory for that, is that the entire channel is basically just the other keepers praying on architects downfall hard and similar to drake, he's not really helping himself with the way he responds
We know that architect has 64 execs, those being 0-64. This means that he is in control of assumedly, the first ones and probably is also the first keeper as a result
Assuming that blue fellas have white execs, this means that instigator (the one that sits next to architect) would probably have 64-128 and would ya guess, not only is instigators name literally "starter of conflict" but exec_111 is the one that shows up in abgrund (and as is shown, was already there and could've been waiting the entire time).
The entire blue side during the meeting video are the pushiest, alongside author being the one to threaten architect. The other 2 red guys don't really say much though and if they knew, I'd assume they'd also chime in probably. This most likely implies that architects quadrant being like dat was gathered by the others through someone ratting on him and it definitely wasn't architect who ratted himself out

I assume what happened was that the whole sandy stuff occurred (couldve also been orchestrated since the start, but I'm not gonna bother with that) Thomas decided to start doing what he does and then one of the blue keepers got wind of this information, most likely via Fortune teller and decided to strike up a deal with Thomas and due to shared beliefs that architect is a little wawa baby, just with different reasonings, Thomas agrees

Also it's basically confirmed that Thomas knows of the keepers and even despite the fact that there being other keepers might be common exec knowledge, Thomas from what I remember, acts like he's talked to them and mentions that they are a bit unbased and not cool (if my theory is true and he did talk to them, they definitely explained the reasoning for their side and he most likely saw the reasoning as "petty", "cringe" and "bluepilled" among other adjectives)

This would explain the white meeting area Thomas has (he looks around like he's never seen that place before when he first teleports there and I doubt execs can casually make places in The Concept because that seems like a disaster waiting to happen)

While the other keepers didn't intend for the concept to get victory royale'd on, it did because Thomas and sandy felt like it

As to why architect got eliminated? Probably schizo paralysis demon or something idk

this might be a huge stretch, but at the first sentence in 5:38 where it says "doing and doing and doing," it's really similar to a scene in a Shakespeare play called "Macbeth". if you know what the play is about then you'll understand what i'm about to say. in scene 5 act 5, Macbeth says:

I personally think that that part refers more to how life feels
One thing I’ve noticed is that the [mysterious illness] or something is very similar to depression
So I personally think that it would be connected to that.
So the first paragraph “doing and doing and doing …..” would refer to how everything feels constant and pointless.
Second would be questioning if it will ever went.
Third would be about how life passes.
Fourth how nothing can be done about it.
And “like a flower that never bloomed” would be comparing the entirety of it to the flower.
That life isn’t supposed to be like that, the same way that a flower isn’t supposed to not bloom.

I doubt that the series are a commentary on life ofc, but it definitely seems philosophical

because if you haven't read Macbeth, he was a sane man in the beginning of the play, but once he commits his first kill to become king he just keeps going and begins to see the ghost of a friend he killed

then he basically went schizo after that but he was very ambitious

(ghost was a fragment of his imagination btw- his guilt)

it is an interesting outlook though about how the poem could mean that life passes on without meaning, but tbh i thought the same for Macbeth since he says "Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow / Creeps in this petty pace from day to day / To the last syllable of recorded time," and "Signifying nothing." at the end
