In the latest installment of LOCAL58TV (the classic of analog horror) called Digital Transition there's a link to a WebArchive-styled website https://local58.tv

What confuses me are multiple references to the digital receivers that are also mentioned in the channel's trailer - STATION ID. Is it known what those are referring to? Or maybe there are some discoveries regarding the hidden pages/images on the website?

Also could it be that this audiofile is actually an encoded image of sorts? Like the ones that were used in Portal 2 pre-release ARG?
