Quick FYI on the moderator app's, since i noticed some probably thought they would have a better chance of being accepted if they submitted multiple apps. I've now put in a requirement to sign in to a google account before you can make a submission. Your google account details remain anonymous. We only get the info that you write in the form. As for those that managed to send multiple apps.. To put it simply - no it doesn't increase your chances. I go through these regularly. If i see multiple applications from a single person, i will only leave the first one and delete the dupes. Regardless of how well they are written.

As some of you may know, Lebanon was recently devastated by a massive explosion. Not only was the blast itself responsible for many deaths and injuries, but the destruction of Beirut's port has created a humanitarian crisis due to supplies and trade routes being destroyed.

Hello gamers, if you are a frequenter of #creative-content or #off-topic-art, you may have noticed that you no longer have permissions to post images or embed links. These permissions are now tied to the Artist role, which can be obtained by clicking on the 🎨 reaction in #channels. While these permissions were previously enabled for everyone on the server, people kept clogging up the channel with everything other than art (reddit posts are not art 
). Anyone is free to grab the role, but it only affects your permissions in the art channels.
If you abuse this role in either of these channels, you will be permanently blocked from using or seeing them.

We've added platform specific updates roles, so that you're not getting pinged for updates on the three other platforms that you don't play on. 
The old basic Updates role has been changed to "Warframe News" and will continue to be used for things that are relevant to all platforms - such as Dev Workshops and PSA's

We are excited to announce a fun collaboration event between the Warframe 
and Terraria 
communities! Starting December 12 at 12PM PST in both communities we are going to have a Warframe x Terraria content submission event. 
There will be a channel in both the Terraria and Warframe servers for participants to submit their entries. The rules are simple: create fan art or other content depicting both Warframe and Terraria themes. Everyone will have until December 19 at 12PM PST to submit their entry to the event. You only need to submit your entry in one server. After all submissions have been received we will then add them to a Google form and open voting to the Discord servers and/or subreddits of both communities. Voting will also last a week. 
The top five winners will each win prizes that they will get to pick from a prize pool. These prizes will range from a free year of Discord Nitro to free copies of games. Our goal is to have some fun and start working together with other big communities on fun collaboration events.

Generally speaking, the user will alert you they have accidentally reported you on Steam, and list out some instructions for you to follow.

Hey Tenno! We are truly excited to announce the upgrade of a massive community feature we are rolling out today. Starting today we will begin to have Alliance Trivia battles with the discord.gg/terraria server and we couldn't be more excited for the awesome new features that are rolling out.
Terraria's Alliance Bot will soon function to enable season style battles between multiple communities! In addition, there will be a server leader boards keeping track of server stats in these alliance trivia match. All of the servers who join the Alliance Bot network will battle all of the other servers within the Alliance Bot network in a persistent season. As the Alliance Bot network expands all participating servers will participate in fun community events. Overtime the goal is to develop additional fun events and games that can be enjoyed by those in the Alliance Bot network. Who knows, maybe one day this will lead to a global server tournament with some major prizes.
Today is only the beginning, but if you have a chance then please stop by the #804361780284489758 and see if you can correctly answer some of the trivia.

Users with this role will try to assist others with technical support services and troubleshooting, as well as having access to dedicated guides to provide consistent recommendations and steps to resolve issues. This role is currently on a recommendation basis.
This is a work in progress, and the function of the role will evolve and change over time, it's just something new we're trying out. I would also like to underscore that this is a community server, none of us are DE employees and cannot directly address in game issues beyond giving advice, Tenno Technicians are community members who are experienced with fixing some of the more common in game issues.
The role is now live and pingable for all users in order to seek help and advice for in game issues!

A celebration of the LGBTQ+ community, a commemoration of the movement and the people who belong to it.

I'm sure you're pretty sick of seeing these by now, but the scams don't stop coming (and they don't stop coming). Be on the lookout for any users who try to bait you into clicking any link or downloading any kind of software, example provided below is someone pretending to be a game dev and asking for feedback on what they're working on, though these scumbags are crafty and will constantly try to think of new ways they can get you to click on a link.
This new exploit is a Discord worm they will use to try to hijack your account so they can send more of this type of message out, we're seeing a ton of new bots and scams/exploits recently, and while we try to bap them as swiftly as possible, some of you may end up receiving messages. Once again, do not click any links provided, and report them to @fleet coyote ASAP so we can deal with them.

Please guys, when applying for a role, read the requirements.
Anyone applying for supporter roles, you MUST have Active Tenno at the very least before being eligible, otherwise you're wasting your time and your application, no matter how glamorous it is, will be automatically denied.
We may likely be applying this across the board to ensure that the server staff have some semblance of an idea of who you are prior to reviewing your application, thus allowing us to make an informed decision.
tl;dr Don't apply for staff positions if you have little activity on the server, your application will be rejected.

Bell Canada is raising money with the help from @nova palm @JakeyPrime#0001 for mental health with their #BellLetsTalk program, and all it takes is a free text message, tweet, or even a retweet to donate! This year we are stepping the game up! In 2019 we raised over $1200 with over 36,000 text messages and a few hundred tweets! This year we plan to aim even higher, and with your help we think we can do it! To donate (for free) all you have to do, is either tweet @nova palm with the hashtag #BellLetsTalk (with any message) as many times as you can / want, and each time, it will raise $0.25 for mental health, and retweets of the pinned tweet on @JakeyPrime's profile are another $0.25. But the biggest contributor, is that for every text message sent and received at +12899682626 with the first word of #BellLetsTalk, Bell will donate $0.10 cents. Last year we had over 3,000 unique numbers texting 12,000 times. For each text, our phone will attempt to message you back, and each text back will also count for money, so that means each text nets about $0.20 cents each, and at the end of the night, the grand totals will be sent out to everyone who texted in, which will lead to yet another 10 cents for each unique number!
