you can use {list-name} as part of the output format to get what you want

but you can't specify your own custom folder name from the CLI, you can only use the parameters that spotDL has available, like the playlist name

if you really need that i think you need to run multiple commands where you just type the custom folder name verbatim into each --output-format schema
