its weird tbh. I learned heelflips before kickflips but i learned nollie flips before nollie heels.

I would say get your nollies down then just use a kf motion with your back foot. Just kick, dont try to land.. Get that motion down and try a couple.

I would also suggest just stationary flicking with the back foot to ease your way into it!
