That's the biggest concern, skate 3 feels as good as it does because of how it iterated on skate 2 and 1's engine.

I'm worried skate 4 won't feel as good or might not have as many tricks due to time restrictions.

One idea could be releases of the yearly SLS maps and other competition maps around the time of the competitions to promote the game and the competitions.
Then releases of the skaters clothing items and decks on those competitions and other things like that.
There are a lot of ideas and things to do.
And then of course pro skaters clothes, shoes and deck releases in general could make for good content and will land some artists good contract work.
It's fun to speculate. ^^
