It’s currently not possible to have it on PS4/PS5 due to the way the PS3 processor architecture is completely different than the PS4. (PS3 used PowerPC, PS4 uses standard x86-64). The cost of Sony running emulators to play PS3 games on the PS4/PS5 doesn’t have a strong ROI. And they were not going to build PS4s/PS5s with the additional processor/GPU required to function with PowerPC architecture to play older games.
