that's the thing, it doesn't actually even fully support PC play. unless you run your games through steam (you can add non-steam games to the interface and use steam to launch the .exe) then you can't use both the controller and the trackpads at the same time. there's a third party software that translates it into xinput, but that gets rid of trackpad functionality. and if you use it without steam it operates in "lizard mode" where it just acts like a wireless mouse.

it's meant for steamOS

that's the only place it has full functionality
