slow flips are a thing, if the game knows you've got time to slow flip and you do the input slow it will be slow .. do the input faster to avoid slow flips.. personally i think slow flips are steezy af

Yeah I've still had troubles, I can still do them, but they feel a lot less responsive. I thought it was just a skill issue but I just saw someone on reddit say the same thing. It almost feels like the requirements are stricter somehow. And yeah, while the effect of the input triggers after the flip trick, I can still press the button long before I even do a trick and it will still dark catch.

ok i think this is possibly due to all inputs being slightly off timing to what you were used to.. i have a theory that is probably wildly wrong but i suspect that the additional code due to the new inputs that is causing trick execution/detection times to be slightly more delayed.. i do feel that my inputs needed to be more precise or timed different after this update

i dont consider it a paywall when everyone can get access using zero real $$ as long as you wait until April 14th (and then after May 5th you earn in-game currency to access it)..

right now ppl think its paywalled because only premium pass can access it for 5wks.. i choose not to consider that paywalled but rather a "first dibs" as a bonus to the premium pass, kinda like a pre-order bonus might get early access to a new game/seasonal dlc etc.. 5wks is entirely too long and should be a max 1wk

To be fair, if anyone had been unable to play 24 hours ago, it likely would have been on their end, and in another 24 hours it'll likely be on their end again. Connections have been fairly reliably working for weeks. Tech support is always going to test the likeliest assumptions before assuming a major internal system of the company is borked.

I think having designated spots on the map where objects are encouraged, like a plaza with a chalked out section, that would divert some of the builds to make more collaborative stuff. Sometimes the community parks have big blank spaces and when I build there other people will start making a park with me. I think they just need to naturally encourage that and it will slightly lower the amount of griefing
