if you do one foot north/south like pressing square/X after a 360 flip trick + 180 it just stacks score like crazy.

Try 180+360 flip/tap A. Then do it nollie or 360 hardflip/inward/etc. You get 4x multiplier doing that 3 times then every trick like that after is like 2-4k points+

The issue then comes up with the possibility of abuse. If they upped it from, say, 5 to 10, there could be more cases of coordinated griefing or dumping objects just to lag an area (say, many people in same lobby, not by one person)

...but I think given the pros of being able to actually build alongside the lack of QDOs i see in-game usually it'll be worth any potential risks. I want more things!!!

leveling up the neighbourhoods takes time. But opening boxes also gives ripscore (xp) so that can speed things up a bit. Also with every level up, you get a non-rotating challenge in that neighbourhood.

Like I said, other then challenges and tasks (they don't help directly but thy do give rip chips and opening boxes for a neighborhood gives neihborhood xp or what do. you call it). Also the couple of non-rotating missions in each neighborhood help a little bit.

If you've done all challenges and can't open boxes, you'll have to wait for new challenges to continue with leveling up the neighbourhoods.

most of them I like once. some of them I liked twice. Some of them I liked multiple times, combining them with tasks, free skating around town and doing them as I come across them. But of course especially the dailies get crazy repetitive. So what I want most is more variety.

I get it, a lot of them are too simple and short, but it's not like the challenges in older games where that much more interesting. It's just that they were connected by a story or at least overall bigger goal in some way

But the amount of rip chips you get from the daily challenges is very little. They have less there so you can get more points for neighboorhood level. Nobody does the daily challenges for rip chips, they do dailes instead.

i agree that early access is just a crutch for game studios to charge you money for an unfinished product and that's something i've been seeing in the gaming world for a long time now. studios releasing unfinished games, i mean, and gamers coming to accept it and expect it. day 1 patches, then bug hotfixes, then continuing patches, then continuing content became the norm and as someone who grew up in the era where games were released 90% physically, it's been really frustrating to see younger gamers complaining about things like Animal Crossing: New Horizons having its final update a while ago. like bros it was complete when it released in 2020 lol, we're lucky they updated it at all!! or seeing younger gamers letting it slide when games are tremendously broken on release because "oh they'll just patch it". like... idk i'm feeling very "we can't keep letting them get away with this" about it

I have bru, i been skating around the entire map all day lookin for spots, found a few but would still like to see other people skate and try other spots i havent stumbled across yet

And @jovial grove so for example theres this one gap where you can jump over a ledge and land on a rail or bank near that spot where you do a mission on the window sill. Ill post a pic and tag u , but i am looking for gaps and spots similar to that. Hope that makes sense sorry it doesnt but hopefully the pic helps in #skate-screenshots

I gotcha. One realistic place I like to hit is the series of benches on brick southwest of Gullcrest skatepark. Trying to transfer between sections of benches and also the long concrete wall behind them is fun. I also like to look for rail transfers where two ledges cross at an angle that will let me transfer as I pass that intersection by simply riding along in the right grind.

Near the elevated park by Tri Towers you can also find some good jumps onto rails or into pipes that are big in realistic terms but not goofy.

Also the rail transfer there down the challenge stair rail onto the wall at the end of it is fun, gotta flip trick off at pretty high speed and try to miss the L-wall bordering the next stairs, which you can hop down to them if you hit it just right

Then you can ride all the way down that and take a fun line with lots of grinds around the theater

We can see the entrance now to the parking garage. Tri towers is up high above the road, so the parking garage you enter from the lower level. I'm guessing it goes all the way up to the tri towers level as that's what the parking is for

It’s a good variation of what the map currently is atm , we’re missing the whole snake run /spillway , proper mega jumps that actually lead to somewhere instead of nothing , downhill speed runs .
