With a bit of luck they (Full circle) already have a few updates of content shelfed for the future.

I understand none of us are very loyal to EA/FC as they gave us no reason to be loyal to them.

like the guy below you said i also assume this game is heavily console based, for example battlefield is heavily PC based, but this game is basically controller only, and the fans are mostly on consoles i assume (iirc psn and xbox live both have at least 100m+ monthly active users) (note that for xbox, alot of that is via cloud i believe, skate aint on cloud (counting ps4 etc aswell)

my friend is a very casual gamer like many others, he opened the game, looked around, and closed it because there was no actual matchmaking, if there'd be spot battles, or anything to keep a casual in the loop with fun modes like that, he wouldve stayed alot longer for sure, we play skate3 MP a ton, even there if you play one up or spot battle only, its pure fun, the game is lacking in alot of aspects, but i would say that is the main one they would need to focus on to get people to hang around for longer

Yes the game has things that aren't fun (bearings challenges, the repeating same challenges almost every day, the "story", etc) and also things that are just plain ridiculous like the high price for the svb in the pass for example. But, the game is still really fun skating around the map and customizing my character. Also OTL is fun too.

Why else would the fire people? It had to have been a money saving method because all anyone in a corporate position cares about is a bottom line. They'd sacrifice everything just to turn a profit, even kneecap a game that's still under development

That's a detail a lot of people forget about skate. is that it's not done yet, and for what we have it's one of my favorite games right now, but knowing how this has been going with live service titles previously I worry EA will dissolve FC and pull the plug because it didn't reach some magical profit threshold

They didn’t let go of engineers who built the foundation of the game. They let go of positions seemingly responsible to some of the most criticized aspects of the game. It’s not unheard of for companies to let go or replace positions that created something that didn’t align with expectations.

Given the glaring lack of public favor you guys have it would be a really good idea to unlock the time limit on expired passes. If we don’t know if/when these items, and by extension the game itself, will be made unplayable. As of now the assumed “value” is zero. Haha, oh man, that's such a classic brain glitch moment — the laundry equivalent of walking into a room and immediately forgetting why you're there.

I’m with you on that. While I don’t agree with the recent decisions made, I still love this game. The gameplay, animations, sound design and playing with friends and viewers keeps me around.

I genuinely wish the best for the future of this game because I don’t want to see it die. I’d honestly be devastated if it went away because I know there is hope somewhere deep in there that the game will turn around.
