Can anyone shed some light on this Tix situation for season 3? I understand that they won’t rollover and they’ll auto-exchange for items that haven’t been purchased in the pass. However, I currently have 27K tix left, have purchased everything in the Skate Pass, and have unlocked every item in every loot box. So the only items I don’t have, are items that need to bought with actual money. Does that mean I just lose all my tix and don’t get anything in return - essentially being punished for grinding the game?

Auto exchange seems so weird to me. It makes the skate pass more similar to other games with battlepasses, but I love saving up Tix to put towards items I may like more in the next pass.

But, we get it, you have a life - and your Tix shouldn’t disappear into the void if you’re busy living it on the day a new season starts. If you still have Tix at the end of a season, the game will auto-exchange items for you by utilizing those leftover Tix, aiming to get you as much value as possible. There’s still about a month left until that happens, so you still have plenty of time to spend your Tix however you choose.

Just imagine. It's supposed to be an MMO. Why not just take a cue from MMORPGs? A kind of guild system. And adapt it for skateboarding. And call it “crews” or whatever. There would be guild items, like a cap or T-shirt with the crew logo. Leaderboards with ranks you have to achieve in order to even apply for a crew. You could implement crew vs. crew battles where you unlock ranks and other things that you can wear or display in your profile. And then you would have cosmetic items that would also be relevant and not just something you could buy. Ultimately, it shouldn't just be about how much money you spend, but also about skill and cooperation in multiplayer. But apparently, there's not enough imagination for something like that.

As a Skate enjoyer from older games, I think this new one is fine. I'm having a lot of fun. The biggest issue to me is the continuous infinite tutorial. I had to mute every voices (especially Vee) because I hate to learn about kickflips when I'm 5 hours into the game. Other than that the gameplay and the challenges are more than okay to me. Also why would you ask if I've played Skate 3 at the first launch, if you're gonna make me spend so many hours learning about every basics...
