But yeah, I have to push in that park because there's too much open space and bad landings from air from the humps. Unless I'm only skating one of the aforementioned sections, I have almost no flow

I’ve just found a horrendous bug, where I was using my season credits to buy stuff from the magazine and in purchasing one item, it has told me I’ve just bought a paid item from the store page and used half of my paid currency. I don’t want this item and I was my paid currency back 🙁

If you still have the old settings file, deleting or moving it so the game has to create a new one fixes it

Idk what file it is I just alt enter twice it really isn't much of a bother to me

you might have to delete your old settings folder, it probably still has corrupted files in it from before they fixed the problem
you can find it at %localappdata%\Skate\data and then you just delete the folder with all the numbers

I won't lie... I find the art style slightly off putting, but the gameplay itself is great, and it's easily the best feeling skateboarding game out there, that isn't simulation style.
So that alone allows me to see past that, but if you haven't noticed, it has changed since launch, and it's now sort of a mix between realistic and artsy toon... so who knows, it looks like they are slightly pushing away from that look

I watched a bunch of the Skate Style videos this weekend and the visuals remind me so much of Session. Good graphics but screams “Small indy PC game” vibes. I actually prefer skate’s because to me it just feels more like a major game. It’s a little cartoony but it looks legit good for what it is.

100%, the fact is that skate isn't just a sandbox like the others, there is stuff to aim towards here. I'm a big skater so the sandbox does appeal to me, but then I do also like having a 'reason' to play the game... and as lacking as the season passes have been in actual heavy skate related products, that enough for me to jump on, just a list of things to strive towards.
Also helps having a buddy to play with, as we usually jump on for Skate Sundays and bash everything out and then have a chill skate and catch up along the way

It depends... the map is definitely more varied than maps in other skate maps. I prefer it over skate 3s map though. But if you look around and spot hunting you can definitely find new locations... and make use of the object dropper too!

But that being said, the good thing is, the map can be ever changing, ever evolving. So there can always be new spots to skate, or spots being changed here and there.
I just think they are still just trying to get the ground work done and get a good loop going, the game is still in early access after all

Yes and no. I'm torn on the Triple Dippers. They're fun, but they're kind of a small diameter (reasonable, considering the design intent). Much better than the clock tower bowl, though, but not as great as the Bonski Bean

Another note about vert:

We all gotta admit that vert needs work, more so than just the curvature and size of most quarter pipes.

Some runs are so short it doesnt flow, and the speed catches that happen consistently on the ride down are insane.

Pumping needs less options and should just work better lol.

ALSO spine transfers are like non-existent. That would be super nice to be able to do.
