I would say that making the game less frustrating to solo players may slightly reduce player loss. Population is good for community. And every solo player who doesn't quit in frustration is a possible future community member if they meet the right person.

To me Skate has always been a social game, even when offline I would take turns with my friends sitting on my couch as a kid. So this MMOSk8'ing game having more options to promote the social aspect of this game and truly experience this open world in a new and exciting way. If they add in proximity chat, a match making system for challenges or to form a party with randoms in your region who have also clicked a "find party" in the social tab or even a find party option when solo for challenges specifically for that challenge in particular would all help greatly in swaying people's thoughts on how this game functions between player interactions and finding new friends in game

In THPS 3+4, for most of the rap songs the devs just went and used official existing clean versions.
Yankee And The Brave, Ultimate, Norf Norf and Collard Greens suffered from this IMMENSELY, in Ultimate the version they used had the words "gun" "ba***rd" and "glock" censored in the chorus.

But interestingly for Outta Here they didn't use the official clean version, and neither for If You Must. In the latter case, they used the version that was actually in the original Pro Skater 3.

It's really annoying to listen to Ultimate in the game and not hear "I am the one don't weigh a ton don't need a gun"
