Sorry was looking at more of the error codes to help with this. For some PC players specifically the game will load until you hear the wheels rolling then just crash. the error was stating something about cpu useage reaching max and not all proccessing cores were being utalised. issue is i have never had this happen in any other game.

what problem are you having? if its the one where vee's introducing the map and you get stuck you can restart the game and open accessibility settings from the menu and toggle the subtitles setting and it should be fixed
